Chet Naylor was born and grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. He received his B.F.A. in painting and printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Naylor now resides in Richmond Virginia where he has been working as a writer and fine artist for over twelve years.
