Thea Duskin, who is renowned for her exquisite watercolor tattoos, will be giving live performances during daily Happy Hour (4-7pm). She will be offering Aqua Art Miami 2017 fair goers the opportunity to acquire an original one-off flash design. These are single-session tattoos which can be completed in a short amount of time.
