Jeffrey Vincent

Jeffrey Vincent is based in Buffalo, NY ; his undergraduate degree is from the Cleveland Institute of Art and he is now attending the Hoffberger School of Painting at MICA in Baltimore. Vincent’s recent paintings reference contemporary folklore and modern visual narratives and are complex compositions of multiple personages occupying imaginary landscapes. Since 2002 he has been creating soft sculptures from recycled textiles; each of his “kreepy dolls” is unique and possesses its own perverse charm.
